Contact FitCrew
Email a brief description of the issue, your device and operating-system version, and whether you are using the mobile app or website. For account help, include the email address used for FitCrew. If available, include the app version and the error message you saw.
Do not send passwords, sign-in or password-reset links, or full health records. If you attach a screenshot, hide other people’s details and sensitive information first.

Sign in or recover an account
Use the same sign-in method you used to create your account. On the account screen, Continue with email opens sign-in; New to FitCrew? Create an account switches to registration. Continue with Google works on the web and in current iOS and Android versions of the app, and Continue with Apple in the iOS app.
For an email/password account, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in form. Check the inbox and spam folder for that account’s email address, and use the newest reset link. Reset links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes. If recovery is unavailable or the message does not arrive, email support without forwarding the reset link.
For a Google or Apple account without a FitCrew password, use that provider’s sign-in and recovery controls. The website and the Android app don’t offer Sign in with Apple yet. To use an Apple account there, choose Forgot password? and enter the email Apple shared with FitCrew to set a FitCrew password. If you hid your email, it’s a private relay address, listed in your Apple ID settings under Sign in with Apple; if the link doesn’t arrive, email support. If you are in demo mode, Profile → Settings → Restart demo returns you to setup; demo progress does not become real account activity.

Change your name or username
Open Profile in the signed-in app and choose Edit profile under Settings to edit your display name and username. Your display name is free text and does not have to be unique; your username is unique across FitCrew and is shown as @username on your profile and in search results.
Both are limited to 30 characters. Usernames use lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores, and need at least 3 characters. If another account already holds a username, saving reports “That username is already taken” and nothing changes — pick a different one and save again. Names and usernames can’t include language FitCrew doesn’t allow.
Only your name and username change. Your email address, password, and health data are not affected by this screen. In demo mode the change applies to that demo session only.
Connect health data or fix missing activity
In the installed iOS or Android app, pull down on Home to sync and refresh today’s totals. Connect health data from Profile → Settings → Health connection, which then has Sync now and Manage health permissions.
Check that the activity exists in Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. Check that FitCrew has read permission for the relevant categories in that provider’s settings. If you use a watch or another fitness app, its activity needs to reach the supported health store first. Activity minutes means recorded workout duration; Exercise ring minutes outside recorded workouts are not included.
If steps, workouts, or active calories look counted twice because two apps or devices recorded the same activity, choose one source for each under Sources in Profile → Settings → Health connection. FitCrew also asks when it finds more than one app recording them. A day that source recorded no steps or calories keeps the automatic total.
Connect to the internet and reopen FitCrew to retry queued changes. If the app says your session expired, sign in again. Available history and metrics depend on the provider and granted permissions; an empty result does not necessarily mean your device has no activity. Apple Health does not reliably disclose whether read permission was denied, so check permissions in Apple Health itself.
The website can display uploaded activity but cannot read your phone’s health store. Use the installed iOS app with Apple Health or the Android app with Health Connect to sync it. Demo mode always shows synthetic data, not your personal health activity.
How FitCrew counts your activity, with examples
Understand challenge progress
Open the challenge and check its metric, eligible activity types, dates, and rules. Join the challenge, then sync from Activity. Only activity that meets the challenge rules contributes to its score; different challenges can count the same workout differently.
If a score still looks wrong after syncing, send support the challenge name, approximate activity date, relevant metric, and any error message. Do not attach a full health export or other participants’ private information.
Manage visibility and stop new uploads
Open Profile → Settings → Privacy to choose who sees your daily activity: your Crew, challenge participants, both, or everyone on FitCrew. Any signed-in member can see your name, username, Crew count, and wins. Your Crew can see who is in it, and so can everyone if you choose Everyone; anyone else sees only how many people are in it and the people you both have in your Crews. These settings don’t stop syncing or hide your scores from people who can access your challenges.
To stop new health reads, revoke FitCrew’s permissions in Apple Health or Health Connect. This does not remove previously uploaded data or necessarily cancel uploads already queued on your device.

Report or block someone
To report a member, open their profile, tap the ⋯ button at the top, and choose Report. To report a challenge, tap the flag at the top of its page. To report a message in a challenge’s chat, touch and hold it and choose Report message. FitCrew reviews every report within 24 hours and doesn’t tell anyone who reported them.
To block a member, open their profile, tap ⋯, and choose Block, or choose Block after reporting their message. They leave your Crew, and neither of you can see the other’s profile, activity, or chat messages, or send the other a Crew request or challenge invitation. Unblock people in Profile → Settings → Privacy, under Blocked.
For something urgent, or anything you can’t report in the app, email support with the member’s username or the challenge’s name.

Delete your FitCrew account
In the signed-in app or on the website, open Profile, scroll to Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. Connect to the internet first. If deletion fails, FitCrew shows an Account not deleted message; retry or contact support. Demo mode offers Restart demo instead of account deletion.
If you cannot sign in, or the deletion control is not working, email support from your account email where possible and describe your deletion request. Do not send your password.
Deletion removes uploaded activity and associated account content from the application database, including challenges you created. Limited security records remain, as explained in the privacy policy. For an account that signed in with Apple, deletion also asks Apple to revoke FitCrew’s access to your Apple ID. Signing in again later with the same Apple or Google account starts a new, empty account.
The device you delete your account on also forgets your sign-in, saved account information, and personal goals.
Uninstalling or signing out is not account deletion. Deleting FitCrew data does not delete the original records in Apple Health, Health Connect, or your other fitness apps.

Change notifications
Open Profile → Settings → Notifications to choose the updates you want. In a supported native app, Enable on this device registers push notifications, and Disable on this device removes that registration. If permission is blocked, use Open device settings to review it.
Device push is not available in the browser or demo mode. Notification support also depends on the installed release and device configuration.
